Electrical Conduits

PVC conduit, also known as polyvinyl chloride conduit, is a type of plastic pipe commonly used in electrical applications to protect and route electrical wiring. It is a rigid, nonmetallic conduit made of PVC material, in various which is a thermoplastic polymer that is lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion, moisture, and impact.

ALVA Manufacturing offers PVC pipe sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 8 inches in diameter in Schedule 40 & Schedule 80 in various PVC pipe dimensions.  PVC Conduit is typically used in applications where high physical protection is required. Alva Manufacturing also offers utility ducts, including EB (Encased Burial) and DB (Direct Burial), for utility and electrical infrastructure applications, ensuring reliable performance in both encased and direct burial installations.

Our PVC Conduit is easy to install and is certified to be used in outdoor and underground applications where exposure to harsh weather conditions or moisture is a concern. It can also be used in commercial and industrial settings and residential applications, such as wiring for lighting fixtures and outlets.

PVC Fittings

ALVA Manufacturing offers PVC fittings specifically designed for interior and exterior electrical conduit systems.  These electrical conduit fittings help route, protect, and connect electrical wiring within buildings, outdoor installations, or underground environments.  Electrical PVC fittings are manufactured to be lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and durable, to safely house and protect electrical wires and cables.    Our conduit fittings come in PVC elbows which allow for directional changes in the conduit run, typically at 90° or 45° angles, and range from ½ inch to 6 inches in diameter in Schedule 40 – 90° (Plain End), Schedule 40 – 90° (Bell End), Schedule 40 – 45° (Plain End), and Schedule 40 – 45° (Bell End).
